This is a great time to reach out to your newly elected MP to seek their support in quickly advancing federal investment in a School Food Program for Canada.

Send a letter to your MP congratulating them on their election and letting them know you are counting on them to support all-party action on school food

Create your own letter using our template letters:

  1. To elected Liberal MPs

  2. To elected Conservative MPs

  3. To elected NDP MPs

  4. To elected Bloc MPs

  5. To elected Green Party MPs

Let your MP know that you hope there will be all party support for a School Food Program for Canada

The incoming government's platform has committed to “work with our provincial, territorial, municipal, Indigenous partners, and stakeholders to develop a National School Food Policy and work towards a national school nutritious meal program with a $1 billion dollar investment over five years”, “to help children grow and learn”.
